Abstract

High employee turnover affects the smooth running of organization such as lower worker productivity and higher cost related to recruiting and training new employees cause a company to generate less profit. The current high level of turnover intention has become a serious problem for many businesses, both small companies and large corporations. The objective of the study is to provide PT. XYZ whether there is relationship among organizational commitment, job performance and job satisfaction which influence turnover intention. The researcher used closed ended self-administered questionnaires as a method of collecting data to 265 respondents from PT.XYZ’s employee. The data was analyzed using f-test and t-test to determined hypothesis and conclude the research. The finding of the study revealed organizational commitment and job satisfaction have negative correlation to turnover intention in the PT. XYZ, however job performance didn’t have correlation to turnover intention. When organizational commitmet and job satisfaction of employees PT XYZ increased, so turnover intention of employees will get lower as well.
