Abstract
This research has objectives to know whether there is influence from motivation and training variable to employee performance of PT Kuala Pelabuhan Indonesia. This research is using quantitative method. Data collection method that was done in this research was questionnaire distributed to 78 non-staff employees of PT Kuala Pelabuhan Indonesia. Data processing methods are assisted by IBM SPSS Statistics and SmartPLS software. The analysis method used is Outer Model Evaluation and Inner Model Testing. The results of the research used showed that there is influence between motivation and training variables on employee performance.
