Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze on how communication and motivation on employees have influenced to the employee turnover intention in PT. ASIA JAYA. In this research, there are several indicators relating to employees communication, employee motivation and employee turnover intention. In this research Quantitative method was used to analyze the data which were collected from 57 permanent employees by using SPSS and also supported by semistructured interviews with the director and employee of the company. The research found significantly positive influences between employee communication, employee motivation on employee turnover intention. The finding of the research shows communication and motivation have influences with correlation coefficients of -0.422 and -0.462, showing negative signs refers to the results that the employees communication and motivation have inversely influences on employee turnover intention. While the communication and the motivation shows significant influences with correlation coefficients of 0.293. The research discusses important implications regarding how the employees communication and motivation have influenced on reducing the employee turnover intention.
