Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the significant influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee engagement. This research is conducted in Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung at a tin mining company, PT Stanindo Inti Perkasa. This research uses questionnaires and interview for data collection and the data are then analyzed using Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to identify the relationships between the variables. This research uses quantitative method. Findings of this research shows that Transformational Leadership has a significant influence on both Organizational Culture and Employee engagement. Organizational culture has significant influence on Employee Engagement. From these findings, recommendations are suggested in order to help PT Stanindo Inti Perkasa further improve its employee engagement level.
