Abstract

SWISS GERMAN UNIVERISTY The main purpose of this research paper is to study the significance of Transformational Leadership and Emotional Intelligence in relation with Job Satisfaction at PT. XYZ. The study is conducted on an Indonesian consulting company. The study is based on quantitative data of 130 respondents from PT. XYZ. It utilises questionnaires, surveys and interview to collect the data and uses the SPSS and AMOS software’s for statistical analysis. The statistical method and analytical tool used is with the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to verify reliability and validity to the overall model fit and to estimate the structural parameters which are the relationships between variables in the constructed structural model. The conclusion entails that Transformational Leadership has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. Emotional Intelligence has low significance on Job Satisfaction but high significant influence on Transformational Leadership. The implication for PT.XYZ is to consider these factors to provide higher job satisfaction of employees.
