Abstract

Balanced Scorecard is a performance measurement tool that has not been commonly used in banking industry in Indonesia. This research aims to provide a more comprehensive performance measurement for 20 listed reserve banks in Indonesia by using BSC, that does not focuses on financial, but also on non-financial measures, which consist of four perspectives: Financial, Customer, Internal, Learning and Growth. This research shows that the performance has been weakening from 2010- 2013, however, it slowly recovered in 2014.
