Abstract

Twitter is one of the emerging social media that introduce microblogging, more known term as “tweeting”. Celebrities, famous brands, and recognized companies has contents on Twitter that create a topical conversation that influence massive users in a short period of time. The problem raised when people who invest and use Twitter want to see the results of their work. Therefore, a study need to be conducted to understand how these contents are spreading inside the network. NodeXL is a toolkit that provides the capability to collect and analyze social network data with many network measures for network analysis and visualization. The result of the data show different pattern of content spreading, and multiple factor that makes these content is engaged in conversations.
