Abstract
The target of this thesis is to make a coin counting and wrapping machine. This machine has a purpose to count and sort disarray coins and then pack them in a stack. With an implementation of using sensor as a counter, a vibrating motor to segregate the coins and DC motor to act as a door and packing system. The idea is to use paper roll to wrap the coin stack or a container to pack it. So, this thesis is going to be an experiment how efficient the mechanism is going to have. This project will focus on the mechanical structure and design on the sorting and packing process. The system has to be lightweight, efficient and easy to fix.
