Abstract

An effort to sustain company, environment occupational health and safety is important part of the business. If accident that can be happen, it will be impact to individuals and organisations. The uniqueness of heavy equipment operational characteristics has various challenges such employee concern, working area, variant service support and business sectors. The company still used of the previous method process, which that give main most problem lack of awareness and lack of information management. This research explains, the company was had new solution with technology approach as improvement campaign. Several explanations of the researched are about design plan, justification and requirement and information management that give to an effect evaluated. Improvement had expected concept and schedule plan previously and by using use case application identified become tool of validation and error handling next processes. Human error and biases judgement known as continue based line to corrective action and improvement and to identified new opportunities. Safety culture maturity level analysis has reported value in 3,86 points or increase 0,9 points than previous year as expected company policy and another effect is increased EHS Performance, known by decreased accident rate minus 50 % and increase brand image the company researched.
