Abstract

Battery Charger is one of the critical components that is used in electrical switchboards. Most of battery chargers on the market don’t have proper boost charge controllers. The boost charge features still need to control from external devices. In this research the author tries to fabricate boost charge controller with adding battery balancer. This system will be compared with original battery charger available in the market and monitoring it on line via web sites. In this research the author find that with boost charge controller and charge balancer make battery life time span longer, it has proven in the experiments it has 83.32% more capacity than the original charging systems
