Abstract
Security is one of human’s most basic needs in life. The rising needs of security is adamant in today’s world, and keeps on rising due to the new global pandemic of Covid-19. Previously, Securina is a system that combines automation, RDBMS, and optical character recognition, producing a robotic system of storing and giving out cards can be made hence reducing the time for access card exchange. This project will further improve Securina’s system with new features, such as face detection, infrared thermal sensor, database and user interface. This thesis will involve producing a prototype of said improvement and to prove that Securina can be improved to follow the new trend of security.
