Abstract

In the 4.0 Industry, the tourism sector has begun to develop Smart Tourism 4.0 which utilizes the development of Information Technology and communication to be integrated together namely IoT. The government of Jakarta has started to develop the city into a Smart Tourism. JAKI (Jakarta Kini) developed by JSC (Jakarta Smart City) was launched to the public on September 29th, 2019, as a super smart mobile app with numerous features to integrate the attempt of Jakarta being a smart city ecosystem in becoming an effective and efficient city wrapped in just a mobile application. This study aims to examine the intention to use of Jakarta Kini mobile application users through the usage of the original UTAUT model. A sample of 220 JAKI users whose domicile is in Jakarta are recorded for this quantitative study. In processing the data obtained in this research, the author conducted the process using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). As a result, 62.8% of positive significance can be obtained from Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions towards JAKI Users' Intention to Use.
