Abstract
The research aims to investigate and evaluation about how effecting company to approach millennial market and understanding the characteristic and dominant factor of millennial market to buy or invest in property industry. The sample is taken from 125 respondents with the Non Probability Sampling technique with Accidental Sampling approach that the determination of the sample is accidentally taken—those who meet the researcher can be a sample if deemed appropriate. The study ascertained which important for success; how millennial market to impact sales . The instrument used was a structured questionnaire. The statistical analyses included descriptive statistics with a SPSS software. The main findings of the study are for understanding millennial market and also factor that influence millennial market to buy or invest in property industry which are Product, Price , Advertising , location
