Abstract

In present time having an automated production line is almost a have to for a medium to a big size company. Reason being is because having an automated production line will almost certainly increase the production and in conjunction increase the profit that the company can produce. The stacking machine and the feeder machine is an example of a machine that will help automate the production line for the company. New system is going to be implemented to the sorting cutlery line. The automated sorting cutlery line will function as a replacement of the existing sorting line that is mainly done by human. The machine that will work in the sorting line will be designed specifically for the company needs, so the material handling will be unique only to the partnering company. The working principal for stacking machine is identical to a vertical lift and a forklift because it moves objects vertically. Differences is that the stacking machine for the cutlery is going to be semi-automated because of the limitation that prohibits some automation to be integrated to the machine. To conclude everything the stacking machine is going to work as a station that will control the magazine flow in the whole sorting system.
