Abstract

This research has the purpose to analyze the influence of Employee Development and Self-Efficacy towards Employee Performance. The research is conducted in a multi finance company located in Jakarta, Indonesia. This research is conducted using quantitative method on 140 respective respondents from PT XYZ. This research utilized questionnaires and direct data collection from the human resources representative from PT XYZ. The method used in this research is Multiple Regression analysis and statistically processed in IBM SPSS program to verify the validity and reliability of the final data and to obtain the final result to determine the influence of Employee Development and Self-Efficacy towards Employee Performance. At the final result, it is concluded that Employee Development and Self-Efficacy does have a significant influence towards Employee Performance, and the advantages for PT XYZ is to understand the factors that could enhance their employee performance.
