Abstract
; Dr. Nila K. Hidayat Ba 89 This research is to analyze the impact of customer satisfaction towards customer loyalty. Moreover, this research would also develop strategies to improve customer loyalty. The methodology used in this study is quantitative method through questionnaires that were distributed to 110 respondents of Lion Air customer. The result indicates that customer satisfaction has a significant influence towards customer loyalty.
