Abstract

Several studies have proven the influence of job security, salary, and workload towards job performance. This study will be concentrating on the job performance of XY Hotel’s employees through the variables. The data gathered from a total of 120 sample population will provide the result of this study. From the results, job security, salary, and workload have a positive influence towards job performance. Furthermore, the biggest influence came from factors involving salary. This study will show that job performance of XY Hotel employees is influenced by all the independent variables through the data processed with the SPSS software, and those include: normality test, T-test and F-Test, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and multiple regression analysis. Finally, given the results of the hypothesis, suggestions and recommendation are also given in the conclusion.
