Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate employee engagement problems in PT. Mayasari Bakti. Issues of organizational communication climate, employee motivation and building the employee engagement are the three main factors that enable the company to maintain its existence and can continually expand the market. Therefore, the measurement of engagement, motivation and organizational communication climate is very urgent for the company. The primary data is obtained by using the questionnaires to 86 employees of PT. Mayasari Bakti. The data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and statistical analysis to test the hypotheses. The findings of the study revealed that organizational communication climate and motivation have a significant positive effect on employee engagement. Futhermore, organizational communication climate has also a significant positive effect on employee motivation. However, participative decision making and recognition are found to be the less influence factor in this study.
