Abstract

In this study, the author would like to analyze the correlation between job satisfaction and employee’s loyalty at PT. XYZ. The main purpose of this research is to determine whether the correlation between job satisfaction and employee’s loyalty is significance and positive or not, also to determine the level of job satisfaction and the level of employee loyalty at PT. XYZ. Qualitative and quantitative approaches are conducted in this study. The primary data is obtained by distributing questionnaires and conducted interviews to the employees of PT. XYZ. The result analysis of this research shows that employee’s job satisfaction and loyalty are in a good level and the correlation between job satisfaction and employee’s loyalty is significance and positive, also the highest correlated variable in job satisfaction is not appropriate reward but supportive co-workers and managers. Therefore, the author suggests that PT. XYZ should encourage team building activities among employees, recognize and appreciate employee contributions and involved employees in formulating, deciding and establishing the company policy.
