Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to identify the importance and relationship of the efficiency Management Service Provider in the hotel and to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of utilizing Management Service Provider in terms of time and money. The most influencing element for hotel in utilizing Management Service Provider is the advantages of overhead reducing, on the other hand, the most disadvantages that hotel will experience is the quality that Management Service Provider offered to the hotel. In conclusion, the percentage of hotel to re-use the Management Service Provider is 24%.
