Abstract

The main purpose of this research paper is to identify the major factors that positively significance influences the Employee Loyalty in PT XYZ. There are two independent variables that had been observed in this research which is Corporate Identity and Trust. Those two independent variables had been tested using the appropriate statistical methods to see its correlation and effect toward Employee Loyalty as a dependent variable in this research. The study is based on quantitative data of 75 respondents of PT XYZ employees from total of 92 employees that included in the research demographic categorization. The research covered the head office of PT XYZ in Industrial Town MM 2100 – Cibitung, Indonesia. The conclusion of the research proved that Trust is the most major factor that has positively significance influences toward Employee Loyalty. The strongest contributor of Trust is transparency. With high transparency owner can consider to increasing their trust among all employees as long as maintain Employee Loyalty. Corporate Identity is the second major factor with behavior as its strongest contributor. The research has concluded that both factors have positively significance influences on Employee Loyalty.
