Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate whether there is impact of entrepreneurship skills on organisational performance at property broker firms in Tangerang area/Banten or not.The studyascertained which skills the owner/brokers perceived as important for success; howthey rated their competencies in the said skills; and whether they had been trained in thoseskills. The instrument used was a structured questionnaire. The statistical analyses includeddescriptive statistics, frequencies, factor analysis, Cronbach alpha coefficient, Chi-square; p-value, one-way ANOVA tests, and SEM. The analysis was concluded with a SPSS and AMOS software. The main findings of the study are: Technical Entrepreneurial Skill does not have a significant impact on organisational performance. However, the Technical Entrepreneurial Skill has an indirect effect on organisational performance throughout Personal Entrepreneurial Skill.Business Management Skill has a significant impact on organisational performance.Personal Entrepreneurial Skill has significant impact on both Business Management Skill andorganisational performance.
