Abstract

Employee benefits also called of fringe benefits, perquisites, or perks include various types of non-wage compensation provided to employees in addition to their normal wages or salaries. This research aim to find out whether employee benefits has an effect towards employee performance. Using primary and secondary data the research was conduct for four months in Hotel X Jakarta, sending to 91 respondents and get a feedback from 52 respondent, the data has been analyzed using SPSS 21 software. The result from SPSS shown that hotel X has a significant correlation of 0.912 or 83 %. In conclusion it conclude that X has a significant impact towards Y by 92% with a correlation for 83%, which means employee benefits do give an effect towards employee performance. Recommendation has been made for the company, to improve their employee performance by maintain their employee benefits such as private insurance , retirement and payment for time not worked while for future research it is suggested to do another research focus on employee benefits at other variables and indicators.
