Abstract

Employees seem to be the most important factor influencing company performance as a whole. Generally, a company will not run effectively without support from all the employees. No matter how great the leader of the company, they won’t able to run the company by themselves without the influence of the employee performance. Some previous studies have indicated that employee’s job performance could be influenced by several factors. Some factors that influence the employee’s job performance in the company are the leader’s behaviour in the company and the organizational culture. The purpose of this research is then to understand the significant relationship between leader’s behaviour toward employee’s job performance and the significant relationship between organizational culture toward the employee’s job performance. The research was conducted at PT. Gunung Sewu Kencana, where the primary data is obtained from all the employees from entry staff level until manager level. Data analysis is done by two softwares which are SPSS and AMOS, which specified that there is a significant relationship between leader’s behaviour and employee’s job performance and between organizational culture and the employee’s job performance.
