Abstract

As we know, leadership has become one of main problem that cause of employee job satisfaction. Good leadership of a leader will lead their employee to reach a high satisfaction to work in an organization. The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of Transformational and Transactional leadership to employee job satisfaction especially in food and beverage department in the hotel. In this study, Hotel X will become part of it and since the title said about the food and beverage department so, the sample is coming from food and beverage employee. This study takes 50 people as sample size and the method of collective the data is from quantitative and qualitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research is that the Transformational leadership had positive significant impact to employee job satisfaction to food and beverage division employee in Hotel X with percentage 62.6%.
