The result has proven that diversity has a positive correlation and significantly influences communication practice and employee competence. Whereas, communication practices and employee competence has a positive correlation towards OCB but the strength of influence is not strong enough to drive employees to engage in OCB, therefore it provides a base for future research on other factors that may have stronger influence towards OCB.
