Abstract

In order to survive, develop and compete the company of GOMaps navigation must be able to maintain good reputation from customers view. Interesting to examine GOMaps navigation in Indonesia by looking the customer loyalty which is increase slowly every year. The purpose of this thesis aims to examine and analyze customer loyalty of GOMaps navigation effected by three variable quality product, customer satisfaction, and brand image. In this research, there are several variables relating to product quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The method using questionnaire, it distribute to 125 registered member GOMaps doing by the company in privately. The analyze data by using SPSS for windows has been used to process the primary data. The research found that there is a significant effect between product quality variables and customer loyalty, there is significant effect between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, there is significant effect between brand image and customer loyalty. It means that if quality product increase, the customer loyalty will also increase.
