Abstract

Nowadays, the restaurant business is growing in Indonesia and it increase the competition level in restaurant business. Mad Dogs is one of the restaurant in Jakarta who is facing the high level of competition. Therefore, customer satisfaction is very important for Mad Dogs restaurant, researcher conduct a study to know the factors influencing customer satisfaction in Mad Dogs restaurant. The sample of this research is customer of Mad Dogs restaurant. This research data taken from the questionnaire that is given to 66 respondents during measured period and the result calculate by using multiple regression mode. Which explain the result from the analysis has shown that variable product quality (X1) have coefficient regression of 0.417 is positive toward customer satisfaction (Y), the result from analysis has shown that variable service quality (X2) have coefficient regression of 0.271 is positive toward customer satisfaction (Y), the result from analysis shown that variable price (X3) have coefficient regression of 0.214 is positive toward customer satisfaction (Y), and the result from analysis has shown that variable place (X4) have coefficient regression of 0.236 is positive toward customer satisfaction (Y).
