Abstract

The objective of this thesis is to know the effect of customer satisfaction on restaurant X brand loyalty. The growing of restaurant industry is dramatically increasing as it is today causing many popping up a wide variety of restaurants in Indonesia. The research question is also to know which indicator of customer satisfaction has the most significant effect on brand loyalty. This thesis is designed as a quantitative research which survey, and using purposive sampling method. The questionnaire, then distributed to 100 respondents who had experience in restaurant X, Alam Sutera, Tangerang. Questionnaire which based on Likert scale were gathered as the data for this study. For data analysis, this research is using Pearson’s correlation study, T-test and F test. Based on SPSS analysis, there is a significant effect of customer satisfaction on Restaurant X brand loyalty, Alam Sutera, Tangerang. Besides, Perfomance has the significant impact on brand loyalty.
