Abstract

The growth of restaurant business nowadays is become bigger and bigger. Every restaurant facing direct competition each other and they have to overcome the competition by several way such as promotion and unique concept through the physical environment it self to attract customer. It no longer become secret that the need and want of the customer has been growth, they do not only seek for food anymore, but they also look for comfortable in the restaurant. This research would like to analyse the importance of physical environment towards the customer satisfaction, and reveal, which factor that would satisfy customer the most. The primary data use questionnaire. The questionnaire will be collected from 100 respondents. Result found that physical environment has a positive impact on customer satisfaction by 80% and it is shows that facility aesthetics has the most impact on customer satisfaction and service product has the lowest impact. Based on the result, the restaurant has to be improving their factors in order to increasing the rate of customer satisfaction.
