Abstract

Numerous of previous studies have proven the influence of eco-friendly practices towards consumer behaviour. In this study, the author will focusing on postconsumption behaviour through consumers point of view. Eco-friendly practices in food and beverage industry can be devided into two categories such as food focused and environmentally focused based on previous study. Regarding to this phenomenon of eco-friendly restaurant, few restaurants in Bali have been implementing through the operational activities. A questionnaire have been distributed to 110 respondents with usable responds of 100 to determine the influence, which is then processed through the program SPSS to conduct validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity test as well as F-test and T-test to determine the hypotheses proposed. The result of this tests shown that although simultaneous impact of ecofriendly practices to post-consumption behaviour exist, only menu sustainability have strongest influence towards the post-consumption behaviour of the consumers. Suggestions that is generated from this outcome are focusing effort on eco-friendly practices and post-consumption behaviour.
